As a former party girl, I can tell you, I didn't realize how shitty I felt until I made the lifestyle change at 29 (and now I'll be 40 in September). I feel better now, 39 and postpartum, then I did at 25. Strength training impacts your life, more than just physically. Show up for yourself and your loved ones as the best you. I'm here to help get you there.

What is the online programming experience like?

The training program fits me very well. I have a very unpredictable work schedule sometimes, so being able to keep track of my workouts and stay on program while balancing everything else in my life has been so good for me mentally and physically. All of the progressions have been great and I am stronger than I have ever been.

 

I think people should consider Amy as their trainer because she will allow you to get fit and build confidence in the gym all while staying sane and actually enjoying your workouts. Amy is down to Earth and I think her in-depth knowledge of weight training combined with her care for her clients’ progress is not something that’s easily found in other programs.
